You should write a short zombie story so we can use it as a cover. A 5-page apocalyptic zombie story. Very serious...

Re: Exploring decay

I've been reading zombie novels and this image would be great for a book cover!

Re: An Inky Experience

May I be the first to say "Thank You" for sharing this experience. I'm so glad you were there to be my shoulder to lean on or as it was, a hand to hold while I endured what can only be described as a thousand searing needles raking through my skin. Though it sounds trite, I'm blessed to have you as my friend. You are quite possibly the most intriguing graphic design artist/writer/yogi maven I've ever known.

Re: Wishcasting Wednesday via @starshyne

Inner peace is a great wish. I think you can over inspire, as you put it: focus too much on what other people are doing, get too much inspiration where your own identity as an artist diminishes b/c you have too much of other people's work in your head. And as I delineated, for me, I was looking at everyone's work so much that I wasn't producing my own.

Re: First attempt @ Vector Art & 6 things I learned

and don't forget the jasmine tea... so you're saying you can over inspire?? not exactly sure what vector art is, but the color definitely brought the sketch to life!!!

Re: Warhol as a Designer: an Experience

I recently visited the gallery and left with a whole new outlook on both Warhol and pop art, and after thinking about your posting... I guess I really wasn’t into pop art because I didn’t understand it. But from a marketing stand point, Warhol was a pioneer of graphic design and a true artist! When listening to John Bonth narrate Warhol’s diary, Warhol made sense. The light bulb went off. Warhol became famous for obvious reasons, he was involved in a revolution of graphic design! He broke the mold, he broke rules and made his own. He did what he believed was a “free” art. He did what his heart felt. He was a very straight forward person, there was nothing to hide and he depicted that in his art. I believe his repetition of art and adding to it by layers was a good depiction of who he is and how he thinks. He believed that if everyone thought the same and agreed on everything, it would be a better world because everyone was the same! What a concept! The problem with that, robotics and machine-like lives. No thought, just do and produce…I’m just babbling I really don’t know…good luck.

What I really like are Talkers. To me, good talkers are beautiful because good talk is what I love.
* When you're interested in somebody, and you think they might be interested in you, you should point out all your beauty problems and defects right away, rather than take a chance they won't notice them...

Re: Peace first, then art.

Hey,
I know about the to-do-list thing.
